Thanks for considering me for your commission! Please only start a request if you find the service details and my Terms of Service acceptable.PAYMENT
I accept payment through PayPal
A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.COMMUNICATION

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.
Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @rui_zip.
The final commission piece will be sent as a PNG or JPEG file via email.PROCESS
The client should provide adequate references for the following if applicable; character, background, aesthetic/vibe, etc. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch and flat colors for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
*all edits are free and can be made only during the sketch stage with colorsThe total time for the commission to be completed can range from 1-14 days depending on the complexity of the piece and my current work schedule. You will be informed of time estimates before i start the commission.
Your commission may take a long time to complete, so please tell me in advance about any deadlines you may have.
You will be informed of any possible delays before they occur. I ask you to be in touch and be patient.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
